Job Title: Technical Product Manager
DESCRIPTION OF ROLE
We are looking for an exceptional Technical Product Manager to join a fast-growing business working at the cutting-edge of its field.
The post-holder will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of a portfolio of technical products and will be tasked with defining, specifying and outsourcing a suite of products.
Gathering functional requirements, analyse product feasibility, validating solutions, ensuring products functionality
Responsible for the outsourcing of product development from specification through to UAT, QA and go-live
Oversee the full product lifecycle
Maintenance and enhancements of existing products
Support sales and marketing
Assist with training and management
Good experience as a Technical Product Manager and/or a Technical Business Analyst
Strong experience of managing the full product lifecycle
Experience of writing technical specifications to enable efficient and effective outsourcing of web design and application builds
Experience of UAT, QA and go-live of outsourced web design and application builds
Analytical skills, data manipulation and reconciliation skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work closely and collaboratively with a technical architect
A can-do attitude and a willingness to work closely with a talented team of scientists
A keen interest in environmental issues is essential
